Purchasing a ticket is acceptance of our rules of play and the following terms and conditions:
No refunds will be given, this includes unattended bookings, late arrivals and booking errors.
It is important you turn up on time to your booked golf session.
We are unable to offer vouchers or refunds on late arrivals to sessions.
Once booked reservations cannot be refunded but may be transferred if more than 24 hours notice is given in writing to info@playputt.co.uk
Only food purchased at Play Putt can be consumed on site - we do not allow outside food.
Everyone must be included in your booking - this includes non players.
Please note Play Putt is cashless, we don't accept cash.
A £1 booking fee is applicable to online bookings.
Vouchers and postponed booking are held on our system for 12 months before they expire.
Walk in sessions are not guaranteed entry and occur a £2 booking fee. Please always book online before travelling.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult age 18+.
Management reserves the right to remove any guests behaving unsafely or disrespectfully.
Alcohol can only be served after 6pm and with a booked session.

The DJ's Play Company (Play Putt & DJ's Play) is owned and operated by Segsbury Ltd.


PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Booking a package is acceptance of our rules of play and the following terms and conditions:

To book a package a £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, if a package is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice no refund will be given, but the package can be re-arranged for another date convenient to both parties.

Balance due 2 weeks prior to package date, no balances can be refunded, but may be rescheduled to a future date.

No refunds are given for any guests that fail to attend, however please only pay for confirmed numbers 2-3 more can be paid for on the day.

Minimum of 6 guests to be paid for.

For any packages with under 14's, 2 supervising adults are included in the package, any additional adults will need to be paid for.

Only food or drink purchased on the Play Putt premises is to be consumed on site. Outside food cannot be consumed on the premises, this includes birthday cakes (which can only be brought into the venue if you're booked in for a package). Please note we are a nut free area so do not allow birthday cakes with nuts for packages. The cake remains the responsibility of the adult who booked the package, staff are not able to cut up birthday cakes.

Mascots/costumes/entertainers are not permitted, for insurance, licensing and child protection reasons.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

1. 2 weeks before your package you will recieve an email to pay your final balance online and confirm numbers (we understand these are still subject to change so please let us know in advance if the numbers for your package increase).

2. Please tell us of any food allergies at the time of paying balance.

3. If you have more party guests on the day than originally paid for, we require these to be paid for along with any tab at the end of the package. Any extra siblings, play entry will be added to the package bill.

4. Golf and Karaoke packages timings are 45 minutes for golf and 1 hour in the VIP karaoke room. Please note this package does not give the VIP room for the whole duration.

5. Karaoke only packages are 1 hour 45 minutes for the VIP karaoke room. Please note this package does not include golf.

LEAD BOOKER/GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PACKAGES:

8. The package lead booker/guests to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the package start time.

9. The lead booker and guests are responsible for all children and should make sure the children are aware of the rules of play, by law children are to be supervised by 1 parent/guardian per 8 children.

10. Presents are the property of the lead booker, please keep your belongings with you at all times.

11. The lead booker should make sure all children under the age of 14 are accompanied by an adult at all time.

12. The lead booker will provide cake and candles if required (No Firework candles/Cake Fountains or sparklers are permitted) and may bring extra balloons, napkins, party tableware or party bags - No decorations/blue tack/pins are permitted on the walls of the venue as this may cause damage.

13. The lead booker will ensure that all children are collected by their parents/guardians, that the VIP room is vacated on time at the end of the package and that all guests safely leave the building.

14. If you have any feedback/complaints please report to the supervisor on duty who can hopefully resolve this. If there is an issue that they cannot resolve, please escalate to the manager and in the event that the issue cannot be dealt with by the Manager, they will escalate the issue to the Operations Manager for resolution.

STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:

15. They will great you at reception and supply golf clubs if included in your package.

16. Provide any extras added to the package for example food, drinks and sweet bags.

17. Ensure the room is set for your arrival and clean up after.

18. Staff are not responsible for, or able to entertain the children.

19. Our packages do not have hosts, but should you need help please ask the staff at the bar.

20. Staff will take any outstanding balance/tabs.

EXTRAS:

Should you wish to add any extras to your packages we have the following available.

Junior food buffet:
Pizza, chicken bites, fries, houmous, pitta, cucumber and carrot sticks, crisps, popcorn.

Adult food buffet:
Pizza, fries, battered chicken skewers, Moroccan cauliflower skewers, nachos, houmous, pitta, cucumber and carrot sticks, crisps.
Please note party food may be substituted, depending on the availability of stock. 

If you have any allergies/intolerances (e.g. gluten or dairy free) or other dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian or halal), please let us know before the package date, as we can cater for most of these requirements. Please make sure you make us aware of any allergens, and ask staff for advice.

Drinks packages:
Soft drinks package does not include mocktails.
Premium drinks package does not include cocktails.

PRIVATE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS:


Booking a private hire is acceptance of our rules of play and the following terms and conditions:
 

In these Terms and Conditions, the term ‘the user’ shall include the person hiring Play Putt and any person or organisation on whose behalf the booking is made, all of whom shall be jointly and severally liable.

A deposit of £150.00 is required to secure a private hire booking.  The balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the party date. The deposit of £150.00 will be refunded at the end of the event, upon adherence to the Terms and Conditions and if the party has ended by the time stated. In the event of cancellation, the £150.00 booking deposit is non-refundable.

Private hire timings are Sunday to Thursday 6pm - 8pm, Friday and Saturday 8pm - 10pm at a cost of £600. All of these are also subject to the additional £150 deposit outlined above.

These times apply unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, in which case the agreed upon times instead apply as the earliest allowed arrival time, and the latest agreed leave time.

The user must ensure that there is a minimum of 2 competent attendants on duty during the event, both of whom shall be more than 18 years of age. Please make themselves known to staff on site.

The user agrees that Play Putt staff are on site to supervise the premises only and are not a host.

The user is responsible for all children attending the private hire and for the proper conduct of children attending the user’s function.  Maximum capacity for Play Putt is 50.

No food or drink is allowed on the Play equipment. No throwing of balls or putters.

The bar will be open for drinks only. If you require food to be added on to your private hire this must be arranged in advance. Please note no outside food or drink is allowed in the venue with the exception of a birthday cake.

Clearing up is required, all furniture in place and the area (including toilets) is to be left at the standard you found upon arrival. All rubbish generated by the party, is to be taken away by the user.

For safety reasons, the user and any other person’s present are prohibited from the kitchen.

Private hire is for Play Putt venue only and does not include access to DJ's Play Jungle.

No nails, screws or sellotape, blue-tack etc. may be driven into the walls and fixtures of Play Putt.

The user is responsible for all damage done at Play Putt during the period of use, whosoever may have caused the damage and cost will be assessed retaining the £150 deposit.

The user should report all cases of accidents or fire to a member of Play Putt staff. Play Putt Health and Safety and Fire Policy will be applied.

Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Play Putt is under no liability to insure against loss, theft or damage to vehicles.

If a private hire is cancelled within two weeks (but with at least 24 hours’ notice) of the event date, no refund will be given but the event can be arranged for another date convenient to both the user and Play Putt.

No discount codes are valid on Exclusive hires.
